Hi, my name is Brandon Cremone. From a young age, I was taught about the importance of diligently handling your finances. During a time where the phrase, “money makes the world go ‘round,” holds true, I believe that it is important for the younger generation to educate themselves on finances, specifically the world of investing, where there are endless opportunities to grow your money.

My passion for investing began at a young age after seeing my friends and family’s financial situations; I couldn’t help, but learn of ways to increase their funds. In hopes of enhancing my learning on investing, I took business and economic courses in high school but quickly learned that investing was a very small part of the curriculum and in some instances were just ignored. I found this ironic because the most prominent request from students to teacher regarded lessons on investing.

Unfortunately, my high school, along with many high schools that surround my hometown do not offer classes that teach students the basics on investing, which left me and my classmates in the dark. After having countless conversations about wanting to start, I searched for courses to enhance my knowledge. I was granted acceptance into Wharton’s Global Youth Program “Financial Decision Making,” NYU SPS Career Edges “Investment Banking Fundamentals,” and ,” NYU SPS Career Edges “Investing Like A Wall Street Pro,” where I was able to learn how to handle money in a smart manner along with the fundamentals of investing, and vital tricks and trends to succeed in investing.

I wanted to take my newfound knowledge and share it with my classmates and any high schoolers who are interested in becoming involved in investing but do not know where to start. My website’s aim is to provide high school students with vital information on investing in hopes that they will use their newfound knowledge to create opportunities for themselves in the future.

“Investing In Yourself,” provides users with a fundamental investing education, Wall Street history, as well as how to read basic stock trends, all in one easy platform, which is specifically aimed towards high school students. It is no secret that the stock market can be a slippery slope and requires intellect to be successful. The information that I consumed through these prestigious programs has provided me with a sturdy foundation on investing; I want to spread the wealth to others!
